The Heart Attack Simulator is a mobile optimised website. It fools users into thinking they're about to experience what a heart attack feels like.

It asks them to hold their phone to their chest. But after the countdown, the phone rings. It's a call to say a loved one has died.

This is what a heart attack really feels like.

The client was pretty chuffed with the idea, and the outcome. So they turned it into a real-world experience, too.
